O nas

 

Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa „Arbuzowa” zarejestrowana została 18 grudnia 1991r, na mocy Uchwały nr 9/91 z dnia 28 lutego 1991r. Zebrania Przedstawicieli w wyniku wydzielenia ze Spółdzielni  Mieszkaniowej „MOKOTÓW”. Spółdzielnia rozpoczęła swoją działalność z dniem 1 stycznia 1992r. Teren, na którym znajdują się budynki mieszkalne został przekazany aktem notarialnym przez Gminę w użytkowanie wieczyste Spółdzielni do września 2096r.
